Quality matters

1. ACCREDITATION:

Bio-Check (UK) operates a Quality Management System (QMS) that is in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 for the 'development and manufacture of test kits for the detection of contaminants and adulterants in food products'.

 2. COMPLAINTS:

 Any enquiries which question the performance and quality of our products and services are logged on our QMS by our Quality Manager for investigation and review to ensure a process of continual improvement. Please call +44 (0) 1745 335165 or send an email.

 In order to address your concerns please provide as much detail as possible at the time. For questions about product quality these should include details on: the test kit description, Item Code and Lot number; how the kits have been stored; any changes to the standard protocol; details of the sample types, sample preparation & extraction; replicates and controls included; together with the data set and/or photos which support the results observed. All this information will greatly help us to deal with your concerns more quickly.

 3. COMPLIMENTS:
