ELISA Validation Guidance
AOAC International have published guidance for method developers undertaking validation work of Allergen ELISAs. The guidance is the result of the collective efforts and expert contributions from a range of AOAC Community stakeholders including Bio-Check’s Adrian Rogers and Richard Fielder. The guidance should also be useful to analytical laboratories using such methods in order to understand how these types of test kits have been validated.
