Come and join Adrian Rogers and Richard Fielder at the Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST) Midland branch meeting “Managing Allergens in Food Manufacture”. We will be giving a practical demonstration of some of the onsite methods available to the industry that form part of the the allergen management analytical toolbox. Hosted by the University of Birmingham and with speakers from Bakkavor and the Institute of Grocery Distribution (IGD).
